5 p.m. | Enjoy an Early Dinner at The Palm Restaurant
Located in The Westin Denver Downtown, The Palm has an incredible history that continues in grand tradition, serving Italian-American dishes that have delighted diners for the past 20 years.
7:30 p.m. | See a Show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Start your trip on a high note at one of the most famous — and eye-catching — venues in the world. Denver has more music venues and annual concerts than Nashville, after all, so why not see one at the best of the best: the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, located near Sheraton Denver West Hotel.
8 a.m. | Stroll with Mountain Views
Denver is known for its love of the Great Outdoors, and one of the most popular spots to embark on an adventure is Cherry Creek Path in downtown. The picturesque 40-mile Cherry Creek Regional Trail is a bike rider's dream. If you’re ready for the Rockies (and a challenging hike), head to Royal Arch Trail a 3.5-mile hike that offers a serious scenic payoff.
11 a.m. | Take a Brewery Tour
With more than 200 kinds of beer being produced and served in Denver, you’d be missing out if you didn’t take a tour of one of their many breweries. Visit Coors Brewery, the largest single-site brewery and take a free 30-minute behind the scenes tour.
Noon | Linger Longer
After all that getting around, you may need to refuel, and Linger is the place to do it. Absolutely order the bao buns (might we suggest the fried chicken with kimchi?), then top it off with a few scoops from Little Man Ice Cream.
2:30 p.m. | Visit the Denver Art Museum
The mix of contemporary, international and Western-American art and artifacts make this a fascinating destination. Don’t miss the summertime Dance Performances on the Plaza, as well as free admission the first Saturday of every month.
7 p.m. | Catch a Game
Choose your own athletic adventure in Downtown Denver. The city center is home to the Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Rapids and Denver Nuggets. Depending on the time of year, there’s bound to be at least one home game win happening.
9 p.m. | People Watch the Night Away at 16Mix
The bar’s open-air patio is just steps away from the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall, making people watching almost as exciting as the menu’s cocktails and locally crafted beers.
10 a.m. | Brunch at Kachina Grill
This scrumptious southwest inspired restaurant features a different take on traditional brunch favorites. We suggest Navajo tacos, green Chile pork breakfast bowls or piñon-crusted French toast. Check out Kachina Southwestern Grill, located at The Westin Westminster.

Don’t leave the Mile High City without experiencing the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall or Larimer Square in Downtown Denver. Both offer a variety of great shops and local dining experiences.
