DC (Capital pride) – June 1 - 12

  • Parade Date: June 11
  • Gay-Friendly Neighborhood: Logan Circle

Notable Event: Crack of Noon – Parade Day Pride Brunch will be held on Saturday June 11 at the Urbana in Kimpton Hotel Palomar. Enjoy a delicious buffet with complimentary mimosas and bellinis, and socialize with Grand Marshal, Leslie Jordan.


Boston – June 3 - 12

  • Parade Date: June 11 (Copley Square to City Hall Plaza)
  • Gay-Friendly Neighborhood: South End/Jamaica Plain/Roslindale

Notable Event: Pride Night at Fenway Park will be held on June 6. For the first time ever, the Pride Flag will be raised inside the park. A pre-game event with Billy Bean, the only openly gay MLB player (current or former), will give fans a chance to meet him and see the Red Sox take on the Toronto Blue Jays.


Salt Lake City (Utah Pride) – June 3 - 5

  • Gay-Friendly Neighborhood: Marmalade
Notable Event: Kick off Utah Pride at Sapphire Spectacular being held at the Leonardo Museum.

Los Angeles – June 10 - 12

  • Parade Date: June 12 (Santa Monica Blvd.)
  • Gay-Friendly Neighborhood: West Hollywood

Notable Event: LA Pride is known for its weekend-long music festival. Don’t miss performances by Charli XCX, Carly Raw Jepsen and Krewella. You can purchase single day tickets or weekend passes.

The W Los Angeles is hosting Reprise on June 9 - an evening of specialty cocktails, fashion, art, and music


Portland – June 10 - 19

  • Parade Date: June 19 (Burnside and NW Park)
  • Gay-Friendly Neighborhood: Burnside Triangle

Notable Event: Gaylabration will be held on Saturday, June 18 at The Crystal Ballroom. The first Gaylabration was held in 2011, following marriage equality legislation passing in New York, as a way to celebrate love and community. Now Gaylabration has evolved into the featured Saturday night dance party of Pride weekend. 


Seattle – June 26

  • Parade Date: June 26 (4th Ave)

  • Gay-Friendly Neighborhood: Capitol Hill

Notable Event: Not in town for the Parade? Seattle also hosts a festival and picnic that takes place on June 11 from noon to 7 pm. This one-day festival features live music, arts, food trucks and lawn games in Volunteer Park.  

W Seattle is the Official Hotel of Seattle PrideFest 2016! W Seattle will be hosting a “Mimosas with Mama” Pride Brunch in TRACE on Sunday, June 26 with a special performance from one of Seattle’s most famous drag queens, Mama Tits

New Orleans – June 17 - 19

  • Parade Date: June 18

  • Gay-Friendly Neighborhood: French Quarter

Notable Event: An Evening with Bianca Del Rio from RuPaul’s Drag Race kicks off Pride weekend on June 17.  This is a show not to miss with burlesque dancers, Miss New Orleans Pride and Mr. New Orleans Pride. 


Denver – June 18 - 19

  • Parade Date: June 19 (Colfax Avenue to Civic Center Park)

  • Gay-Friendly Neighborhood: Capitol Hill/Uptown 

Notable Event: Denver has been noted as one of the most family-friendly Pride festivals in the nation. With family interactive areas, kids can get their face painted, enjoy snow cones or participate in the kid’s parade. Be sure to also lace up your sneakers for The Big Gay 5K.

New  York City – June 21 - 26

  • Parade Date: June 26 (5th Avenue)

Notable Event: A longstanding NYC Pride event, Dance on the Pier brings four DJs that will have you celebrating into the night on June 26. The night ends with a fireworks display over the Hudson River. All proceeds from the event benefit local LGBT community organizations.

Nashville – June 24 - 25

  • Equality Walk: Open to anyone, the Equality Walk will take place on June 25
  • Gay-Friendly Neighborhood: East Nashville

 


San Francisco – June 25 - 26

  • Parade Date: June 26 (Market Street) 

  • Gay-Friendly Neighborhood: Castro District 

Notable Event: SF Pride is an event in and of itself. With over 200 parade contingents, 300 exhibitors and 20 stages/venues, San Francisco pride is the largest LGBT gathering in the nation. Don’t miss events at the Main Stage next to city hall. With two days’ worth of programming. Past performers have included Lady Gaga and the Backstreet Boys.

San Diego – July 15 - 17

  • Parade Date: July 16 (University Ave)

Notable Event: Don’t miss music headliner Kesha on Saturday night. 


Charlotte – August 12 - 21

Atlanta – October 8 - 9

  • Parade Date: October 9 (Peachtree Street to Piedmont Park)

Notable Event: Details about 2016 Atlanta Pride have not yet been released. Check out the summer events hosted by the Atlanta Pride Committee, including many film screening, Southern Friend Queer Pride, and various dining events at popular Atlanta restaurants.
